Amituofo “Infinite Light & Infinite Life”

In our lifetime, times of overstimulation and traumatic events fall upon us disrupting our emotional and physical wellbeing. It is important that we take time to nurture our mind, body, and spirit. It is easy to forget that gratitude, health, love and spirit are a few of most important things we have. By creating a healing space to feel heard, safe, and supported, the nervous system can reset, decreasing tension and pain in your body and mind, lessening habitual reactions to everyday “stress”, re-programing your brain and body, and change the course of your present life path.

Offerings are used synergistically in session:

  • Intuitive Energy Healing: An intuitive variation of an Ancient Japanese technique (Reiki), radiating palms harness universal energy/qi and light touch on various connection points, Cara facilitates the transfer and balance of energy to recipient encouraging emotional and physical healing, and mind/body/spirit energetic alignment. Common effects of this healing work is for bound-up energy to unwind itself from habitual/old patterns, light electrical sensations, weightlessness, hypnotic restorative sleep, colors/images, as well as a completely quieted mind. By holding space for energy and the nervous system to feel safe, stored trauma in our tissue and blockages in our energy path ways can begin to move, release, and heal. We then are able to hear the messages and signals within ourselves, stepping out of fear based living.

  • Holistic Therapy: The philosophy of Iyashinomori is not only to facilitate the healing of the recipient, but also to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and tools so that recipient can become their own healer. With powerful tools such as EFT (meridian shifting tapping), parasympathetic breath-work, energy shifting meditation, and Qi harnessing movement, healing can become a way of life rather than a temporary state of being.

  • Dragon Qi Manifestation: A form of mind, body, breath-work and meditation to unblock and unlock your infinite untapped potential. Click “Dragon Qi” page for information.

  • Plant Medicine Journeying: For established clients only, you are welcome to inquire in person at your next session.

  • Free Weekly Virtual Group Meditation: Click here for more information.

  • Fire Cupping: An Ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine technique, using a small flame to create suction with glass cups and placed onto the skin. Once suctioned on, the cups are left in place, causing the superficial connective tissue (fascia) to be drawn into the cup, like inverse massage. Often a relaxing and relieving sensation, fire cupping encourages blood flow, loosens fascia and muscle, helping to relieve anxiety, fatigue, pains and tension.

  • Dry Needling: Trigger points are tight bands of overused/injured muscle tissue. They disrupt proper muscle function, restrict range of motion, and hinder the flow of blood and Qi causing physical/energetic/emotional tension. Thin needles are inserted into tigger points, decreasing the tension, increasing blood flow, returning balanced alignment.

  • What is Fascia: Fascia is a network of tissue that spreads throughout the entire body, connecting muscles, joints, and bones, while also supporting organs keeping them in place. Our bodies primary source of storing emotions is within fascia, holding information below the conscious level as protective mechanism. Releasing fascia can help release emotional/energetic tension/trauma, along with releasing physical tension from where the fascia is pulling.

  • Dragon Medicine Ibasho: A virtual space where you can come for support, healing, integration, and community. Ibasho means “community” in Japanese, its direct translation is “a place where you can feel like yourself”. Click “Ibasho” page for more information.
